Where is my Kickstarter order? We post updates on the 1st of each month detailing where the game is in the production process.

If you are inquiring about another game, the most likely reason you did not receive your game is that we still need your address and shipping payment on Pledge Manager. Sign into Pledge Manager using the email connected to your Kickstarter account to check if your survey is complete.

Replacement Parts

To request replacements parts, send a photo of the damaged component and your mailing address to roadtoinfamy@gmail.com. Minor cosmetic issues may not warrant free replacement.

Box Damages: The factory does not supply us with extra boxes, so we are unable to send replacement boxes.
However, if your box has significant damage, send a photo to roadtoinfamy@gmail.com and if we can find an interested board game reviewer in your area, we may be able to arrange having you send the damaged copy to the reviewer and sending you a new copy.

Canvas Art Card Damages: Make sure to peel off the protective plastic film from each card. In most cases, any scratches or peeling edges you may see are actually just the disposable film. The film loosens after shuffling the cards a few times, making it easier to remove. See page 1 of the Canvas rulebook for details.

For Non-English Products: Please contact the publisher associated with your game. We only have English language spare parts.

Return Policy

If you purchased a game on our webstore that is still in shrinkwrap, it is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

When we receive the item, we will refund the original payment minus a $5 USD restocking fee.

Kickstarter Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 2 weeks after campaign end.

After 2 weeks, you can get a refund minus 10% for crowdfunding/processing fees.

No refunds after pledge manager is locked.

Can I update my address?

Fromage Backers: Log into Pledge Manager using the email associated with your Kickstarter account. Select the Fromage project. Then click "Next" to edit your survey.

Webstore Customers:Send your new address to roadtoinfamy@gmail.com and we'll see if it's possible to change it before your package is sent.

How long does it take to ship webstore orders?

Standard shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days.

Expedited orders are put at the top of the queue and have an estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Orders outside the USA have variable delivery times by country. We do not have a list of delivery times for each country.

Shipping timelines may change due to factors out of our control (such as encumbered couriers during the holidays). Refunds will not be given for packages delivered outside the estimated delivery time.

Trouble logging into Pledge Manager

Go to Pledge Manager.

Click "Request New Invite."

Enter the email address linked to your Kickstarter account. If your Kickstarter account uses an Apple ID instead of a regular email address, you will not receive the email invitation. Email support@pledgemanager.com and they will be able to edit your Pledge Manager email address.

Wait 10 minutes, then check for the email.

If that doesn't work, submit a support request on the FAQ page.

Can I become an R2i Games playtester?

We are always looking for more playtesters! We do most of our playtesting online using Tabletop Simulator. Join our Discord Server to get in on the action.

Can I pitch you my game?

We're always willing to look at game submissions, but right now we are only considering games with a very unique physical component. Send your game idea to roadtoinfamy@gmail.com with a brief (~5 min) overview video.

Can I get more Canvas sleeves?

We do not sell additional sleeves.

Note, if you have both Reflections and Finishing Touches, you don't need to sleeve both duplicate sets of Signature Style Cards. The duplicate set just provides an updated card list for those who have the previous print run of Reflections. By not sleeving the duplicate set, that should save you a few sleeves.

Can I get a review copy?

If you are a reviewer interested in creating content about our games, please complete our Reviewer Form and we will reach out to you if we have a copy available in your region and if we would like to move forward with having review content made.

Can I buy games directly from you for my store?

Yes! Email roadtoinfamy@gmail.com with a list of what games you want and your shipping address and we'll give you a quote.
