Where is my Kickstarter order?

We post updates on the 1st of each month detailing where the game is in the production process.

For other Kickstarter projects, we likely still need your address and shipping payment on Pledge Manager. Sign in with your Kickstarter email to see if you completed this step.

Replacement Parts

Canvas: use Tabletop Tycoon's Replacement Form.

Other games: use Allplay's Replacement Form.

Non-English Games: Contact the localization publisher.

Describe the part in rulebook terms and colors/materials (e.g. 1x red wood Cheese Token). No need to say how it was lost or damaged.

You’ll get a confirmation email when processed. It may take a month.

Don't send duplicate requests—they cause delays.

Can I update my address?

Enter your Order # and new address into this form.

Return Policy

If you purchased a game on our webstore that is still in shrinkwrap, it is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

When we receive the item, we will refund the original payment minus a $5 USD restocking fee.

Kickstarter Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 2 weeks after campaign end.

After 2 weeks, you can get a refund minus 10% for crowdfunding/processing fees.

No refunds after we send shipping data to the fulfillment centers.

How long does it take to ship webstore orders?

Continental US shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days.

Orders outside the USA have variable delivery times by country. We do not have a list of delivery times for each country.

Shipping timelines may change due to factors out of our control (holidays, etc.). Refunds will not be given for packages delivered outside the estimated delivery time.

How do I log into the Pledge Manager?

STEP 1: Search your inbox and spam folder for emails from Allplay or BoardGameTables.

STEP 2: Go to the Pledge Manager and enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter account to have it re-sent.

STEP 3: If you still can't find the email, email orderhelp@r2igames.com.

Can I become an R2i Games playtester?

Yes! Join our Discord Server to jump into an online playtest via Tabletop Simulator.

Can I pitch you my game?

We're looking for games that are easy to learn, play in under an hour, and have a unique physical component. Send a brief (~5 min) video of what happens on your turn to yourfriends@r2igames.com.

Can I get a review copy?

Complete our Reviewer Form. We'll reach out if we would like to move forward with having review content made.

Can I buy games for my store?

Yes! Email mark@allplay.com with a list of what games you want along with your shipping address to receive a quote.
